Chandan has worked in the field of geriatric mental health in Toronto for over five years. Chandan has led projects related to poverty, food security, housing and environmental conservation. Presently he works as a Social Work Counsellor with the Long-Term Care Homes & Services, City of Toronto. Chandan holds a Masters in Environmental Studies for Syracuse University and State University of New York along with a second Master in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, India. Chandan is passionate about helping the geriatric and vulnerable population from diverse backgrounds. He also brings expertise in resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation and working within diverse teams.
