Mindfulness is a key aspect to success. “Mindfulness is a way of being in relationship with the only moment we will ever have”, says Jon Kabat-Zinn a professor of Medicine and creator of Mindfulness in Medicine at  University of Massachusetts Med School. It is a tool that helps us manage our emotions and improve our physical abilities so that we can better navigate our busy lives!
