TIGP launched a new “Virtual Health and Wellness” program in October 2020. The Program’s main objective is to bring positive impact on senior’s lives by promoting wellness, prevention of illness, and a healthy lifestyle.

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. It is more than being free from illness; it is a dynamic process of change and growth. In our Program, we have discussed various health topics to teach seniors and adults about wellness and self-care. Self-care plays a significant role in keeping oneself physically and emotionally healthy and helps to navigate life challenges.
